Freedom Rehabilitation Center is an outpatient recovery center in Phoenix, Arizona. We help people move through addiction and mental health challenges without putting the rest of their life on hold. You keep living at home, going to work, showing up for your family, and you get real, structured support while you do it.

Reaching out is hard. We know that. Everyone who walks through our door is treated with dignity, met without judgment, and given a plan built around their actual life, not a one-size-fits-all program.

We believe recovery is possible for everyone, and that no one should have to earn compassion to receive care. We believe the whole person matters, not just the diagnosis, and that lasting change happens when treatment fits the life it’s meant to support.

How we work

Our care is evidence-based and led by licensed, experienced clinicians. From your first phone call, we take the time to understand what’s really going on, then build a plan that can grow and adjust as you do. That might include individual counseling, group therapy, family sessions, mental health treatment, or care for substance use and mental health together.

Whatever the path looks like, you won’t walk it alone. Our team stays with you, and we help your family understand and support your recovery too.
